Our program team begins sending communications to all enrolled participants approximately four weeks before the program’s kickoff. After this, you can expect to receive at least one email per week from our team, providing updates on upcoming deadlines, sessions, and pacing recommendations.

Please check your professional email inbox, as well as your Spam and Junk folders, for two separate launch communications from our program team. One email contains your username/email address along with all program details, while the other includes the generic password for the digital platform. Additionally, we recommend verifying whether your organization’s firewall might be blocking our emails from reaching your inbox.

If you locate emails from your program team’s email address (Leadership-Essentials@mail.mckinsey.com, Management-Accelerator@mail.mckinsey.com, executive-leadership-program@mckinsey.com) in your Spam or Junk folders, please mark them as “Not Spam” to ensure future emails from our team are delivered directly to your inbox.
