Your sponsor is an assigned executive leader from within your organization who was selected by your organization. We encourage you to schedule two 1:1 meetings with your sponsor during the 3.5-month learning journey. The first meeting should occur after the Sponsorship best practices event, and the second meeting should occur the following month. If you do not know your sponsor, please contact our team.

During the first conversation with your sponsor, we encourage you to get to know one another better. Be prepared to answer the following questions:

What has been your career journey thus far? Focus on your strengths and successes.
What aspect of your leadership are you looking to develop as part of the Executive Leadership Program Pathways?
What do you see as your next professional milestone?

Also remember to arrange or confirm the date and time of the next one-on-one meeting with your sponsor.

During the second conversation with your sponsor, we encourage you to discuss and refine a bold action plan towards your goals and ambitions. You should feel prepared to discuss the following questions:

The 3-month program is nearing its end – how have you refined your 12-month action plan since the start of the program? Is it bold enough?
Do you see any obstacles?
