All participation in Connected Leaders Academy is through your current employer as we are a business-to-business offering.

If you leave your organization, we will need to withdraw you from the cohort in accordance with our policy. Please contact your Program Champion to initiate the withdrawal process by completing your programs’ withdrawal survey. Note that once withdrawal is processed, all progress will be permanently erased and cannot be reinstated.

We are not able to update your login, contact information, or Credly badge distribution to a personal email address on our end. To retain access to any earned badges, you can choose to add your personal email address to your Credly account. Follow this step-by-step guide to update your account and ensure continued access to your badges.

If you know what organization you are going to, we can check if they are a CLA client and connect you with the Program Champion.
If your new organization is not a CLA client, you will need to identify someone to act as the Program Champion. We can then assist with re-enrollment in a future cohort.
