Role Description

Experience Design

Shape strategy and drive user research, empathy, and insights in order to deliver breathtaking products, services, and businesses.

Deeply integrated on teams from start to finish, you’ll analyze human behaviors to develop new ideas. You’ll design elegant solutions that enable better user experiences. And you’ll do this with a tool kit of human-centered design, spanning product, service, digital, and physical platforms.

Who you are

You are insatiably curious, always thinking of the end user when designing and creating the most elegant solutions. You look at complex problems from a range of perspectives and solve them creatively, rooted in deep user research.

You’re adept with wireframing tools like Axure and Balsamiq, and app-prototyping tools like Flinto, Sketch, and InVision. You collaborate well with diverse colleagues, from software engineers to agile coaches and consultants, and you bring design thinking into every situation you encounter.

You confidently share your own expertise and insight with senior leaders. Presenting to clients is energizing; you thrive in leading workshops to help them achieve their business goals. You also present at conferences and meetups, as you’re an active leader in the design community.
