Marta focuses on delivering operational excellence to clients across several industries: mining, metals, pulp, and paper. Marta has a keen passion for supply chain and sourcing, helping clients achieve resilience and efficiency—especially important priorities in current times. She is one of McKinsey´s leading experts in procurement and supply chain in mining.

In her client work, Marta has partnered with clients of all sizes both locally and globally to achieve the next horizon of performance.

Through the firm, Marta also pursues her passion for community service, focusing on helping new Canadians thrive in their new homes. She is also a coleader of McKinsey´s “Women in Mining” initiative.

Marta´s inspiration to go into geo-engineering came from childhood days. She studied geology to see how mining operations contributed to the welfare of communities.
