Top team

We offer a series of workshops designed to help the Top Team come together as a team and deliver on integration goals at various stages of a merger. Program goals include:

  • Define NewCo governance and operating model
  • Define Top team’s leadership agenda

Integration leaders

Our interactive capability building programs empower integration leaders with the skills needed for successful integration planning and execution. Program objectives include:

  • Create concrete end-products required in the merger process
  • Build such merger integration capabilities to drive value capture and execution of the merger
  • Prepare for challenging merger-related situations

NewCo leadership

Post-close, we convene the new leadership team (top 100-250 leaders) to build the skills and mindsets needed to deliver the integration’s value. Goals include:

  • Identify expectations for leadership behavior in the newly combined company
  • Establish new leadership models
  • Create a vision for the future based on both companies’ histories
