Change Leaders Forum

This two-day workshop helps leaders identify the root causes of organizational inertia and provides them with proven tools to drive and sustain change in their organization.
Change Leaders Forum

Participants will explore the results of more than ten years of proprietary research on what it takes to make transformations happen at scale, and in small group interactions, apply that to their transformation journeys; either in preparing to embark on one or to gain fresh perspective on a change program that is already underway.

As market dynamic accelerates across industries and the half-life of any strategy is getting shorter, superior change management is emerging as a vital source of competitive advantage. Participants will explore its key success factors, with a focus on practical applicability, joined by experienced McKinsey partners.

Program details

The program is currently offered in two different formats:

Multi-industry forums

General forums attended by participants from multiple industries. These are held in different locations around the world and provide an opportunity for participants to connect with other business leaders in their region and discuss common issues.

Single-industry forums

Forums organized for senior-level executives of organizations within a specific industry or sector. These forums provide an excellent opportunity for executives within the same industry to come together and discuss current issues facing their industries and how to manage transformations in an industry-specific context.
In addition, we offer a one or two-day Leading Change Booster workshop for groups of executives from a single organization.
