Survey: Danish consumer sentiment during the coronavirus crisis

In Denmark, there are some signs of growing optimism as the country slowly opens up. However, consumers still expect to cut back on spending across categories, except for groceries and household supplies. While at home, Danes expect to spend more time exercising and doing home repairs or gardening. Most Danes believe the impact of COVID-19 on their routines will last well beyond two months.

These exhibits are based on survey data collected in Denmark from May 21–24, 2020. Check back for regular updates on Danish consumer sentiments, behaviors, income, spending, and expectations.
