Eser originally joined McKinsey’s London office, where he was part of the firm’s European Private Equity & Principal Investors Practice. Since relocating to Australia, he has advised investment institutions, such as private-equity firms, sovereign-wealth funds, and pension funds, across Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. His work focuses on strategy, governance, organisation, and deal-level activities. Ester now coleads McKinsey’s Private Equity & Principal Investors Practice in Australia and New Zealand.

In addition to his work with investment institutions, Eser also advises corporates on M&A-related issues, including investment strategy, due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
