We would like to support your personal and professional growth through a scholarship and paid consulting internship in one of our Australian or New Zealand offices. Winners will be awarded $15,000 to support them during their studies, together with the opportunity to be immersed in real consulting engagements for eight weeks.
We are also offering a number of internship-only opportunities.
For women to be eligible for the scholarship and/ or internship opportunities, you must be:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree study
- An Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident—Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Maori students are encouraged to apply
- Able to undertake an internship of at least eight weeks—this ensures you get a full and representative experience with us.
Women who have successfully secured scholarships and internships in the past have typically been:
- Strong performers in their chosen field (e.g. top 5% of class, offered leadership roles early in their career)
- Intellectually curious, relishing opportunities to solve complex problems in creative ways
- Proactive and effective in leading positive change within their communities
- Thoughtful and adaptable in communicating to diverse audiences—on paper and in person.
