Women in Leadership Scholarship + Internship

We would like to support your personal and professional growth through a scholarship and paid consulting internship in one of our Australian or New Zealand offices. Winners will be awarded $15,000 to support them during their studies, together with the opportunity to be immersed in real consulting engagements for eight weeks.

We are also offering a number of internship-only opportunities.

For women to be eligible for these opportunities, you must be:

  • An undergraduate or postgraduate student in your penultimate year or final year or a female in industry
  • An Australian or New Zealand citizen or resident—Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Maori students are encouraged to apply
  • Able to undertake an internship of at least eight weeks—this ensures you get a full and representative experience with us

Women who have successfully secured scholarships and internships in the past have typically been:

  • Strong performers in their chosen field (e.g. top 5% of class, offered leadership roles early in their career)
  • Intellectually curious, relishing opportunities to solve complex problems in creative ways
  • Proactive and effective in leading positive change within their communities
  • Thoughtful and adaptable in communicating to diverse audiences—on paper and in person

To apply you must submit:

  • A one page cover letter that demonstrates how you meet the eligibility requirements
  • Your Curriculum Vitae
  • An official copy of your academic transcripts

A shortlist of applicants will be invited to interview once applications are closed.

Key Dates

8 July, 2018, 12.00 midnight—Application deadline
August 2018—Interviews for shortlisted candidates commence

Please note that we can only accept applications from those who haven’t applied for any opportunities with us within the last 12 months.
