Appropriate candidates:

are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate school with demonstrated academic success
have recently graduated (within the last 2 years) from university or graduate school (not a PhD program) with demonstrated academic success

Fellow analysts are responsible for individual areas of problem solving on a project. They gather and analyze information, meet with the client team, prepare project proposals and communications, and present findings to clients.

Within 2 or 3 years of joining, a fellow analyst may receive an offer to gain external leadership experience and pursue an MBA. We provide a comprehensive support system to help you prepare for these studies, as well as tuition and cost-of-living expenses. This provides our fellow analysts with global experience and language skills in addition to a degree. They also enjoy broad exposure to life and culture outside Angola before returning to McKinsey.

Fellow Analyst
