The challenge
The client needed to accelerate executive-level selling while tailoring messages by industry and persona. Preparation was manual, fragmented, and inconsistent, limiting the ability to size value or tell a cohesive story. Leadership sought a scalable model that the marketing, sales, and business development teams could easily replicate across verticals.

The Solution
We built a CxO meeting preparation agent on Microsoft Copilot Studio with automated impact-at-stake sizing and contextual meeting insights. A companion tool kit comprising a pitch deck, talk track, and Excel value calculator enabled rapid scaling and consistent C-suite engagement.
The Result
Within three weeks, the proof of concept launched with seven users across the marketing, sales, and business development departments. Teams reported faster preparation, sharper executive narratives, and stronger value articulation. The client is now expanding the approach to four additional verticals to standardize C-suite readiness and accelerate growth.
