Inclusive Economy

Reimagining the economy to create opportunities for all

A growing, vibrant economy is vital for businesses and communities to thrive, and we believe our economy is made stronger when we create growth opportunities for everyone. There is an opportunity to foster a transition to a more inclusive economy by educating and upskilling the workforce to pursue more resilient and higher-wage jobs, promoting mental wellness where Americans work, study, and live, supporting food and nutrition security, and bridging the gender, diversity, and inclusion gap to enable historically- underrepresented groups to participate and thrive.  By sharing knowledge, resources, and stories from our inclusive economy initiative in the United States, we hope to inspire leaders to collaborate and to help realize a more resilient, inclusive, post-pandemic society.
