About Michael

Michael helps technology companies improve their operational and financial performance. Over 20 years of consulting to the high-tech sector, he has advised clients in every stage and circumstance, from Fortune 50 leaders to private-equity turnarounds to venture-backed start-ups.

As the director and cofounder of our Silicon Valley Innovation Boot Camp, Michael helps established CEOs and their executive teams to network, exchange ideas, and form strategic partnerships with the key leaders of fast-growth Silicon Valley companies. These events have attracted participants from every major sector—including advanced industries, banking, energy, and insurance—and from international locations, such as Asia, Australia, Europe, and South America.

Michael joined McKinsey in 2013. Before then, he was a consultant to semiconductor, electronic-equipment, and energy companies, helping them scale, drive growth, and improve operating margins, serving in many cases in interim C level and senior-executive roles. He is certified in production and inventory management by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) and serves on the boards of the Joint Venture Silicon Valley Network and of Halo Technologies.
