Scott is the partner lead for McKinsey’s strategic sourcing groups, global contracting, real estate, and global travel operations. He oversees the development of McKinsey’s supply chain strategies and vendor management with focus on addressing operational efficiency and mitigating risk.
His expertise is in global procurement and order-to-pay processes, real estate, infrastructure, back-office operations, advancing innovation across our supplier ecosystem, and pushing the thinking on automation, digitization, and global management.
Before joining McKinsey, Scott advised and counseled technology and transportation providers in global sourcing and procurement companies.
