Peter leads McKinsey’s global medical technology (Medtech) work, helping clients to shape strategy, improve performance, respond to market disruption, and drive value creation. He serves Medtech and Life Sciences innovators in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Previously, Peter led McKinsey’s New Jersey Office, one of our global hubs for Life Sciences, working closely with clients in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and healthcare services. Prior to that, Peter co-led our R&D work, bringing a deep understanding of innovation, portfolio strategy, product development, medical, and related functions. Peter has partnered with innovators to scale businesses for new technologies and therapeutic areas.

Recently, Peter has engaged on transformation initiatives for leading Medtech and Life Sciences clients, reflecting industry priorities to accelerate value creation, strengthen capabilities, and to address technology and competitive challenges. Peter has co-authored and published on relevant industry trends (e.g., McKinsey’s Medtech Pulse industry report).

Peter has worked with industry associations and accelerators (e.g., as Advisor for Life Sciences at NYU’s Endless Frontier Labs).
