Munya is a leader in the Financial Services Practice, he focuses on commercial banking and regional banking in North America. His focus areas are transformational growth, commercial and frontline excellence, and digitization in commercial banking.

Munya has helped banks to setup and deliver wide-scale transformation efforts to refine and execute on new strategies, he has run capability building programs focused on upskilling relationship managers in banking, and has supported banks in prioritizing and digitizing the key journeys for clients to deliver new enhanced experiences. Munya has experience working with banking leaders across three continents, and brings insights from different banking regulatory environments.

Munya is a qualified chartered accountant. Prior to joining McKinsey, he worked in finance and investment banking.
