Katya is based in Houston, and during her tenure at McKinsey, she has worked in a variety of sectors: telecom, banking, travel and logistics. Most recently she started to focus on public sector work and has taken on a leadership role in our value assurance, helping clients deliver IT projects on time and within budget.

Her portfolio of projects includes work in IT strategy, application development, value assurance (ensuring the success of large projects), IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture.

Katya’s recent client work has included designing and launching a French public sector CIO organization, conducting a strategic ICT review of a national employment agency, the lean back-office transformation for a French bank/insurance group, and the creation of a project management office in an eastern European bank.

Before joining McKinsey, Katya worked at Accenture for five years.
