Erin is a solution associate partner with the McKinsey Sustainability Practice, leading efforts to build and scale the firm’s climate innovations, including Catalyst Zero, our proprietary platform for driving decarbonization transformations. She supports private- and public-sector clients in a range of industries from private equity to transportation and logistics with developing strategies that create environmental, social, and economic value.

Examples of her recent work include the following:

  • serving a private-equity-backed logistics company on green growth opportunities
  • establishing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting infrastructure for a global energy company reporting
  • advising an industrial company on decarbonization planning

Erin also leads the development of McKinsey’s decarbonization and value at stake efforts, which supports private equity firms and other investors in identifying carbon reduction and green growth opportunities at the fund level and across portfolio companies.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Erin was a volunteer in the Peace Corps in Malawi. She is a passionate supporter of efforts that seek to catalyze progress on issues related to girls, refugees, and the environment. She is currently an Aspen Institute First Movers Fellow, a professional development program for corporate social intrapreneurs.
