Deirdre is a partner in our New York office and the leader of Nebula, healthcare analytics by McKinsey. Nebula is McKinsey’s dedicated team of healthcare technologists, big data engineers and product experts focused on deploying distinctive data and analytics capabilities across the healthcare ecosystem.
She works with organizations across the healthcare value chain to incubate and scale new businesses, radically transform operating models and cost structures, and build distinctive analytics capabilities. Deirdre has led major transformations across a range of providers—including for-profit, not-for-profit, and academic medical centers—regional and national payers, and investor-backed healthcare services enabled by technology.
