Tune Your Career is a 2.5-day European event designed to help participants build a connection between their passion for operational excellence and teamwork. This professional program will demonstrate McKinsey´s approach to helping leading corporations and organizations make distinctive, lasting, and substantial improvements in their performance. The agenda includes a look at the key operational challenges faced by clients in manufacturing, supply chain management, product development, purchasing, and service operations. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to put their driving skills to the test on Silverstone's Formula 1 circuit.

We will also take a look at how our consultants develop their careers within the Operations Practice as well as the firm. Of course, we will also have plenty of time for participants to interact with McKinsey consultants from all over Europe.
