Between 2016 and 2022, Felix was the managing partner for McKinsey Switzerland, based in our Zurich office, and leads our CFO work in Europe. He deals with capital market analysis, finance organizations, and performance management. In addition, he coleads the firm’s work in private banking.

Felix has advised leading banks in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, and Scandinavia and he has also assisted top European investment banks. He is a regular keynote speaker at banking conferences and has published several articles on valuation, financial management, and CFO topics.

Outside the banking industry, Felix has undertaken many projects for basic materials and industrial companies, including a value-based management and portfolio strategy for a leading global chemicals company and a financial risk-management and project-evaluation methodology for a major basic-materials producer. In addition, he has deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, having worked on some 30 M&A projects in the banking, pharmaceutical, chemicals, and industrial sectors.
