About Sara

Sara is a partner in McKinsey's Stockholm office. She focuses primarily on helping global clients in the retail and consumer-goods industries shape go-to-market strategies and on driving transformational change. She also helps organizations develop consumer-insights-centered change in light of company and industry digitization.

Sara is passionate about leadership development and facilitates numerous workshops on McKinsey's centered-leadership approach. She was one of the founders of McKinsey's Female Leadership Program and leads McKinsey's Women Up Program.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Sara was president of Vi Unga, a nongovernmental organization that helps organize and develop nonprofit entrepreneurs. She is a member of the business advisory board of the Federation of Swedish Farmers.
