Oscar is a leader of McKinsey’s Healthcare Practice in Europe with a deep passion for serving clients across the healthcare spectrum, including service providers, insurers, health-tech, medical products manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies, working actively with companies and the investment actors.
He has served many of Europe’s leading companies and institutions on their strategies and operational transformations and has been an advisor to company management teams, boards, investors, healthcare regions, governments, and startups on topics around value-creation, operational improvements, M&A, digitalization, and analytics. Throughout his career, Oscar has also served clients in the Middle-East, Asia, and the Americas.
Outside of his client work, Oscar is a key driver in Forum För Omställning, a joint-industry platform for reskilling, and a principal of the Swedish Heart-Lung Foundation. He also serves on the boards of Generation PEP—a foundation initiated by the Swedish Crown Princess Couple on health for young people—and one of Sweden’s leading independent schools.
Oscar joined McKinsey’s London office in 2004 as an experienced hire.
