Vikash Daga is a senior partner in McKinsey’s Delhi office and leads McKinsey’s Marketing & Sales Practice in India, as well as our knowledge initiative on the “Next Billion Internet Consumers.” Since joining the firm in 2000, Vikash has served leading companies, particularly in the consumer and technology sectors, with a focus on marketing & sales transformations. He also has deep expertise in operations and commercial excellence in IT services and business processes outsourcing (BPO).
Vikash’s recent work includes helping a global consumer packaged goods company deliver a go-to-market and supply chain transformation to achieve faster growth in India; developing a growth blueprint for a leading global BPO service provider; and serving a leading family-owned diversified conglomerate on growth strategy and performance transformation, across its B2B and B2C businesses.
In the technology sector, Viklash has led an operations excellence and lean transformation programme for a leading IT services provider; helped a global electronics player develop its go-to-market model for India, China and Africa; and supported a consumer high tech company on M&A strategy and portfolio restructuring.
Vikash has also developed a growth strategy for one of India’s leading mobility retailing players; and shaped a product and channel strategy for a global handset player to achieve market leadership in India.
