Leads megaproject and operational transformations within the resources sector and across infrastructure assets, with a focus on capital excellence

Tom is a partner with the London office and leads the Capital Excellence Hub in the UK. He works on megaprojects and operational transformations within the resources sector and across infrastructure assets.

Tom works across asset intensive sectors to support the optimization of both existing operations as well as the efficient deployment of capital. Often, he serves companies as part of large transformation programs or as part of targeted megaproject partnerships. He helps clients drive improvements in large and midsize capital projects along the full development cycle—from optimizing design, to improving on-cost and on-schedule delivery during construction execution.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Tom worked in the construction industry both as a Chartered Engineer and as a project manager.
