Steve heads McKinsey’s Philadelphia Office and is a leader at Digital McKinsey, focusing on how technology can create business value. He is also a leader of the North American Financial Services Practice and works for both public- and private-sector organizations on topics including corporate strategy, operations improvement, distribution, and growth.

Steve leads McKinsey’s relationship and recruiting efforts with the Wharton School of Business.
