Having lived in Germany, the United States, and Brazil, Stefan is fluent in English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese. He is now based in Hong Kong, where he advises public-sector, private, and corporate clients on a variety of topics. Among his areas of focus are corporate and growth strategy, transformational change programs, and capital productivity in operations. Examples of his recent projects include helping an engineering and construction firm assess its organizational structure and improve the performance of its portfolio companies, and supporting a real estate developer on the end-to-end management of a mixed-use project. In addition, Stefan has extensive experience serving clients in the retail and telecommunications sectors.
