About Sherly

Sherly brings several years of industry experience and engages intensively with clients to drive new business set-ups and to design and implement business process optimizations.

Since joining McKinsey Implementation, Sherly has been focused on leading large-scale transformations, covering front-line operations, marketing and sales excellence, product launches, and performance improvement through capability building, across industry sectors. Sherly supports clients from business leaders to front line, by working hand-in-hand with them on steering the business, driving the projects, and providing coaching.

Examples of her work include:

  • managed the transformation project for a fast-growing city commercial bank including working with the client on overall performance enhancement, digital marketing, branch capability build-up, and product innovation
  • managed the sales, marketing and after-sales projects for a new product launch and an existing brand re-launch for a large company in the automotive industry, including key account management steering and implementation
  • implemented a claim transformation project including lean operations, organization and performance management for an insurance company and led the transformation rollout in other regions
  • implemented the sales excellence project of a new business for a major logistics company, by designing and implementing sales force organization, capability building programs, and end-to-end processes
