About Shannon

Shannon serves clients in the retail, consumer goods and travel sectors on a broad set of issues, with a focus on organization topics. She also has significant experience working with clients on strategy and merchandising topics. She joined the Firm in 2000 in the San Francisco office, but has called Dallas home since 2005.

Over the past two years, Shannon has led more than 10 organizational improvement efforts for her clients. Specially, she led merchandising organization transformations for a leading big box retailer and an international drugstore chain. She redesigned the organization and processes for a major airline's commercial departments and two consumer products firms. Shannon leads the Retail Organization service line for North America.

Other efforts saw her assist with the supply chain transformation for a global apparel retailer and evaluate Marketing spend effectiveness and in-store promotions for a mass retailer.

Shannon is the proud mom of two spirited boys and enjoys wine and entertaining friends.
