Sarah counsels healthcare providers on strategic and operational topics. She has worked with a range of providers from healthcare systems, community hospitals, and specialized providers including academic medical centers and children’s hospitals. She helps providers transform their performance, ensure a sustainable financial position, and enable the entire organization to provide the highest level of patient care.
Sarah leads our service to children's hospitals. In addition, she has particular expertise in optimizing provider corporate center and functional capabilities, from revenue cycle to human resources, finance, and IT.
Outside McKinsey, Sarah worked in international development with Ashoka in Colombia, advising on housing industry business models. She was also a volunteer consultant in Nicaragua, Kenya, and Rwanda, with TechnoServe.
