As an advisor with over a decade of consulting experience, Ryan specializes in guiding strategic business transformations and putting new operations and integrated processes in place, in order to secure a solid foundation for sustainable financial performance.

- assisting a global aerospace and defense prime with development of new growth concepts and business models
- helping to build a new corporate growth and portfolio realignment strategy for a global services provider
- helping an advanced electronics OEM to conduct successful post-merger management and to craft a new business strategy
- conducting a number of due diligence efforts on behalf of private equity clients
Before joining McKinsey, Ryan was a Partner at Booz & Company. He was also a space and missile operations officer in the United States Air Force, and he continues in this role today as a reservist.
