Rogerio Mascarenhas is the managing partner in McKinsey’s Lagos office. For over 15 years, Rogerio has been advising senior clients from the private and public sectors across Africa, Latin America, and the United States.
Before leading McKinsey’s practice in Nigeria, Rogerio lead the firm’s Corporate Banking and Risk Management Practices in Latin America. His areas of expertise includes banking, risk management, and fiscal reforms in emerging markets.
Prior to joining McKinsey, he was both a fixed-income and foreign-exchange trader at Ambev in Brazil.
