As a cofounder of McKinsey’s Growth Tech Practice, Peter has served numerous venture and growth-private-equity-backed startups on their growth journey to IPO, helping them manage fast-paced challenges relating to pricing, new market entry, go-to-market effectiveness and customer management.
He has contributed his knowledge of this innovative market segment back to the broader industries that McKinsey serves. Since launching the Practice, Peter has developed ongoing relationships with many growth-stage founders and leaders, top venture-capital firms, and growth private-equity players in the tech space.
Prior to this, Peter spent nearly 8 years as a leader in McKinsey’s High Tech, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications Practices, working with leading technology companies on their growth strategies and leveraging his expertise in cloud and SaaS technologies, mobility, consumer tech and media, and the Internet of Things. His experience includes working with clients on a variety of operational topics across the product pipeline, including design, pricing, cost of goods sold, and go-to-market strategies.
