About Pavlos

Since joining the firm in 2001, Pavlos has worked mainly on commercial and business strategy topics for leading consumer-packaged-goods companies in developed and emerging markets across EMEA. He is currently co-leading our Consumer Packaged Goods Practice in the United Kingdom and Ireland and has previously led our global work in fragmented trade, helping consumer-packaged-goods players succeed in traditional on- and off-trade channels.

Pavlos has supported leading players in food, beverages, home and personal care in building world-class commercial capabilities and accelerating profitable growth, while driving productivity in their commercial operations. He has helped design and implement several commercial transformation programs at a global, regional and country level. He has supported multiple strategic due-diligence efforts and provided merger-management support for several consumer-packaged-goods companies and retailers in EMEA. Pavlos has also advised ambitious national and regional champions on expanding their geographic footprint and adapting their operating model.
