About Paul

In his role as client development leader for the Global Public and Social Sector Practice, Paul oversees the client development or go-to-market (GTM) team, focused on expanding the firm’s client impact profile. Paul also serves select private sector and government clients on GTM and business technology topics.

Before joining McKinsey, Paul served as the Vice President, Business Development, for the Civilian Solutions Sector at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) and held a similar position at Vangent Inc. Earlier, Paul’s career had spanned consulting for government clients (CGI Federal/SRA International) and the private sector (Ariba/Andersen Consulting). He spent over five years at Johnson & Johnson as an information technology executive.

A former US Army officer, Paul holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University.

Paul joined McKinsey’s Washington, DC, office in 2012.
