He also led the operations transformation for a global high tech player, which involved the design of a new operating system followed by rapid roll-out across the entire organisation. Other experience includes supporting a leading airport developer in optimising the construction of a new, world-class airport; advising a global chemicals player on its inorganic expansion in Asia; and defining the growth strategy for a leading Indian telecom player across its existing and new businesses.
Before joining McKinsey, Navtez worked with the business consulting group at Arthur Andersen and the supply chain group at Nestlé.
