Guides transformational change for organizations, top teams, and individual leaders facing the challenge of transforming their organizations

Since joining McKinsey, Natacha has been driving organization-level culture change, particularly in the context of digital and agile transformations, focusing on enhancing the effectiveness of leadership teams and their leaders.

Natacha offers direct coaching support to senior and emerging leaders and she helps organizations invest in developing broader leadership capacity at all levels. Her work starts by identifying the leadership capability needed to deliver business results, followed by the design and development of leadership and capability-building programs to shift mind-sets and meet those needs.

Having worked and lived in Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East, Natacha is highly experienced in addressing a range of diverse cultures and building leadership skills that recognize and bridge local cultural contexts.

Passionate about women’s leadership, Natacha founded and leads McKinsey’s Remarkable Women Program, which has been supporting rising female leaders since its inception in 2009.

Examples of her recent client work include the following:

  • driving the people, culture, and mind-set transformation of digital transformation at a global pharmaceutical company
  • building agile culture in an enterprise-wide agile transformation at a global pharmaceutical company
  • designing and delivering a top-team effectiveness program for a Turkish bank, resulting in a doubling of return on equity
  • leading a performance-management overhaul and cultural-change program for a European real-estate company
  • diagnosing and architecting a large-scale leadership-transformation program for the top 200 leaders of a large Turkish conglomerate
  • developing a large-scale leadership-transformation program for the Chinese business of a global pharmaceutical company
  • designing a team-effectiveness and cultural-change program for a global retailer with operations in 26 countries, including work across local and business cultures in China, Europe, and Turkey

As an International Coaching Community (ICC) certified master coach and as a faculty member for the Centered Leadership Forum, Natacha draws on adult-development disciplines to help leaders transform themselves. Getting outside of comfort zones and into unfamiliar settings, she helps leaders test and expand their own self-understanding. From the resulting core personal mastery, these leaders go on to change their leadership teams and ultimately transform their organizations.

In addition to her native English, Natacha is fluent in French and German and conversant in Mandarin and Turkish.
