About Mikhail

Since joining McKinsey in 2014, Mikhail has specialized mainly in developing strategies and organizational models and improving marketing and sales performance.

He implements projects for telecoms companies, developers of various categories of real estate and government agencies in Europe and the CIS.

A member of McKinsey’s Sales Channel Management practice for mobile and fixed-line operators, Mikhail also heads up the Moscow office’s work on developing strategies for educational institutions and reforming educational systems.

Examples of recent projects:

  • Strategy development and implementation of sales growth and performance improvement programs for mobile and fixed-line operators;
  • Strategy renewal for the biggest player in Kazakhstan’s telecoms market;
  • Design of a strategy for development and operational and organizational performance improvement in a development company;
  • Organizational structure design and process modeling for the biggest Russian group in the construction and design market;
  • Development of anti-crisis measures and a structural reform program, together with implementation of projects to improve the efficiency of the civil service.

Before joining McKinsey, Mikhail worked as an auditor for KPMG, in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking department, and at the hedge fund VR Capital Group.
