Matt is the Chief Operating Officer of the Consumer Marketing Analytics Center (CMAC). He brings significant experience in CRM advanced transactional/speech analytics, campaign delivery systems, performance management and executional change management. Matt also brings deep expertise in driving improvements in early life-cycle, mid-life cycle, and late life-cycle customer retention, as well as identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. He provides in-depth technical expertise in Big Data analytics, enterprise wide data warehousing, data-management, business intelligence, and application-development and hosting services.
Matt has earned multiple awards during his career, some of which include: Multiple Black Pearl Publishing Awards, CMA Gold Awards, Verint Speech Analytics Innovator of the Year, KXEN Big Data Innovator of the Year, 2001 Emmy for Live TV Mobile Broadcasting.
