A partner in McKinsey’s Paris office, Laurent Giet specializes in the growth, profitability, and transformation of the marketing and sales function. Previously, he worked in the Brussels office.
He supports clients on marketing and commercial strategies, organization and strategy issues, and the definition and implementation of large-scale transformation programs. He leads the firm’s work for automotive and assembly clients in France.
Laurent Giet’s recent projects optimizing the return on investment on the totality of the sales function for a large European automobile manufacturer, developing a capability-boosting program for the commercial function of a European chemical client, and advising European postal operators on volume-maintenance programs and repositioning mail as a communications medium.
