This helped optimize logistics spending through granular lane-by-lane cleansheet negotiations, lane utilization, and network optimization
  • Leading material cost academy for a global OEM to build individual and organizational capabilities. This program will upskill nearly 1,000 purchasing and engineering personnel on 16 core material cost optimization tools (e.g. cleansheets, design to value) using a field and forum approach. This approach is anchored in individual capability assessments and trainer certification to track learning progress
  • Leading an eight-month direct material optimization effort at a $20-billion automotive supplier to reduce direct material costs by over 6%. This included a heavy emphasis on capability building with certification of more than 30 people in the first phase. The rollout for this program has been ongoing globally for the past two years
  • Leading an end-to-end supply chain transformation at a global industrial company to drive step change in inventory turns and service levels. This included segmenting supply chain, sales and operations planning (S&OP), demand forecasting, planning, and supplier management
