Ildefonso co-leads our supply-chain work in North America and enjoys bringing the latest digital solutions to our clients. His client work focuses on transforming the performance of companies by bridging operational and commercial areas, from strategy to implementation.

Examples of his work include:

  • designing global sales-and-logistics terms for a global medical-devices company
  • leading a supply-chain transformation for a major global meat and dairy producer
  • creating an omnichannel service and go-to-market strategy for a third-party logistics (3PL) provider in the United States
  • optimizing the network, freight, and warehousing operations for an apparel retailer in Latin America

Before joining McKinsey, Ildefonso worked at Procter & Gamble in customer business development, where he managed the distributor channel in São Paulo—before moving into managing baby-care category of products countrywide.
