Gonçalo is a senior partner in Digital McKinsey, based in Madrid. Since joining McKinsey in 1992, he has been working with leading corporations—mainly financial-services companies—on a global basis, advising them on a wide array of topics, including business and technology and organizational effectiveness.
Gonçalo has led high-impact operational models and lean transformation programs at large global banks as well as several technology-infrastructure restructuring efforts at multinational companies. He also has very deep experience in conducting technology-driven innovation efforts and optimizing governance effectiveness.
Gonçalo also has deep expertise in marketing and sales, specifically in how technology can be fully leveraged to enable its effectiveness, and has been supporting several large corporations across various industries on these topics.
