About Georges

Georges joined McKinsey in 1999. His experience covers a wide range of topics, including greenfield banking, mergers, market-entry strategy, growth strategy, frontline sales and marketing, back-office operational performance improvement, and retail-banking distribution innovation. He is also a member of the European banking and securities leadership group.

His work includes:

  • developing retail strategies for several leading Ukrainian and Eastern European banks
  • creating a new services strategy for a leading Eastern European bank
  • developing analytical capabilities to centrally drive sales in both banking and insurance
  • developing a performance-management infrastructure for a number of financial-sector players in Ukraine

Prior to McKinsey, he worked on telecommunications accounts for ICL. He speaks modern Arabic and French.
