Gardar joined McKinsey in 2015 after serving as head of analytics for a data company. He currently leads QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey in the Nordics, and oversees data-science and engineering experts across the firm’s locations in the region.
While with the firm, he has helped clients set up and drive over 20 technology transformations on everything from setting business strategies to shaping operating models and AI solutions.
Gardar has worked across many sectors prior to coming to McKinsey, such as online businesses, media, retail, travel, healthcare, and the public sector.
