Based in Paris, Franck works primarily with retail, consumer goods, and food services companies. He leads our Strategy and Corporate Finance Practice in France. He joined the firm in 2008.
Franck helps international retailers and consumer goods companies with defining their commercial strategies and accelerating their digital and multichannel transformations. Franck’s experience in retail spans grocery and hardline categories. He headed several transformation programs in retail to generate rapid performance improvement and support alliances. Franck also frequently works on strategic issues, such as growth strategies, portfolio strategies and acquisitions across industries.
Before joining McKinsey, Franck worked in the automotive industry for ten years, in France and abroad. He set up the business-controls function in several different regions, and served ultimately as CFO for Nissan Italy where he carried out a successful turnaround plan.
A graduate of Rouen Business School, Franck Laizet has also followed the INSEAD global executive training program.
