Florian is a partner in McKinsey’s Zurich office and the leader of our Organization Practice in Switzerland. He is also the co-founder of McKinsey Leadership Development and leads it in Europe. He has worked in more than 25 countries across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia, and spent several years in our Singapore office, where he helped establish our Center for Asian Leadership.
Florian is passionate about helping top teams, senior executives, and emerging leaders to become more effective. He helps companies to build capabilities for leadership development and to implement effective talent management practices. He has deep expertise in wide-scale organizational change, and has supported a number of global corporations in transforming their organization, culture, and talent.
In recent work for a Telecommunications group, Florian accelerated the impact of 12 strategic projects through a series of leadership programs for senior managers, and personally coaching the top team. At a Asian engineering and construction group, Florian helped to develop more than 500 leaders over four years that delivered USD 150 million in impact. He led the design and delivery of programs for senior managers and emerging leaders, and personally coached the top team.
