As an expert in technology transformations, processes, and analytics, he advises health insurance companies and payers both on business and technology topics. His focus is on tech-enabled business transformation—which includes both shaping and implementing the digital business and operating model of his clients and ensuring that the necessary technology foundations are in place to enable true scale and value capture.
